Leadership
Lori has spent three decades leading Lean-Agile and enterprise transformation, including as a Lean Portfolio Management lead at a Fortune 500 organization, guiding leaders through complex organizational change. She is a published contributor to the Scaled Agile Framework, a SAFe® Practice Consultant, an Authorized AI-Native Catalyst Partner, and a Certified AI-Native Trainer. Her focus is helping enterprises become AI-Native — aligning strategy, governance, portfolio, and people so AI investment becomes durable business performance.
Derek advises the firm on AI governance, cybersecurity, and public-sector modernization. A federal transformation executive, he has led complex, high-scrutiny programs where security and governance are non-negotiable, bringing AI risk and cyber rigor to the firm's engagements. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and industry credentials including CISSP and C|CISO.
